George “Jocko” Yarde, accompanied by his wife Lorraine, are being honored at opening day ceremonies for his family’s generous donation of a new batting cage to the Forestville Little League. Making the presentation for FLL is Treasurer Bob Kalat. In bottom photo, a permanent plaque honoring the Yarde family for their donation is located outside the batting cage. In 2014 the cages were relocated to their new home on the left side of Watson Field.
