OM Keystone Association

In 2019, the OM Keystone Association was formed by a consolidation of the Older Members Association and The Women’s Keystone Auxiliary. The prior organizations had been in existence since 1923 and 1921 respectively.

​Both organizations have had long and noteworthy histories of supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol for close to 100 years. Through fundraising activities, helping at Club functions and donating volunteer hours, both organizations have contributed more than one million dollars and thousands of volunteer hours to the Club.  In the past ten years alone, both organizations had provided the Club with $325,000. The OM Keystone Association is committed to continue this exemplary support to the Club.

The Purpose of the OM Keystone Association is to:

Provide assistance in any possible way for the promotion of academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character and citizenship among all members of the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol.

And its mission is:

Provide our energy, time, talent, and skills to enrich the lives of the members of the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol by providing volunteer hours and financial assistance.

Membership is open to men and women 18+ years old. Membership obligations include:

·     Attend scheduled monthly meetings and individual committee meetings

·     Meet financial obligations by paying annual dues of $50

·     Be active in general and show committee work

·     Support and be an advocate of the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol

Working with youth today means a brighter future for everyone. When you volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol, you can make a difference in the lives of youth and give back to your community. Within the first few minutes of walking into a Club, you know you are in a special place. Filled with the sounds and energy of spirited children and friendly, caring professionals, the Club is a fun and hopeful environment.  

The OM Keystone Association is a great volunteer opportunity. For anyone interested in fundraising activities, assisting with Club programs and events, or helping with the production of our annual OM Show, there are opportunities to do that and more.
